We are concentrating our efforts on big red Bordeaux style blends from Eastern Washington, but are also having a very good time discovering the pleasures of Syrah and other red Rhone varietals like Grenache and Mourvedre. Our grapes are sourced from proven locations like Red Mountain's Ciel du Cheval and Kiona Vineyards, Champoux Vineyard near Alderdale, Conner Lee in Othello, Verhey Vineyard in Union Gap, Arianses and Stone Tree in Mattawa, and Stillwater Creek in Royal City. So many great sites to explore and too little time says winemaker, Tim Narby. Wines are barrel aged for 21 months and bottle aged for 9 months prior to release.
